How Executive AI works

A strategic client meeting is set for Thursday. Proxima identifies the client and its tier, Meridian sends invitations and tracks acknowledgments, and the attendance list builds itself. After the meeting, a transcript becomes minutes with three action items. Two are assigned to identified participants through Stellar. One needs manual assignment because the owner could not be matched reliably, and the follow-up meeting is proposed.
